100% Tempranillo. Natural, Organic, Biodynamic. Nose and palate a superb combination of red and dark berries, faint lavender and violets with a nice earthy edge. Slightly green finish with a little spice. Medium bodied, good acidity. Try with tomato rich pasta, pizza, BBQ food, red meat or anything made using corn e.g. Polenta/Tacos etc.
