75% Syrah, 25% Cinsault. Practising Organic Viticulture, Unfiltered, Unfined, Ambient & Indigenous Yeast. The wine has a very light red colour due to the short ferments on the skins. It is buzzing with awesome flavours due to the profile of the Cinsault and the lovely structure from the Syrah. Quaff on its own or pair with deserts.
